Polymex Ion Exchange Resin

Polymex ion exchange resin filter media is an insoluble support structure in the form of microbeads made from a strong acid polystyrene-gel type cation resin. The beads provide a large surface area due to their porous characteristics. Ion exchange is the process of trapping ions while releasing other ions. Ion exchange resins are used in different separation, purification, and decontamination processes.
